Do I need a permit to place the dumpster on my property

You usually don't need a permit if you place the dumpster in your driveway or private property. However, you may need a permit if you place it on a public street or sidewalk. Be sure to check if you have an HOA as well.

What happens if I go over the weight limit ?

You will be charged extra if you go over the weight limit specified in your rental agreement. Every dumpster includes a different amount of tonnage dependent on its size.

What size dumpster do I need?

The size dumpster you need depends on the amount of debris or trash you have. For example, a 10 yard might be big enough for some small clean up around the house but you may need an 18 yard for a larger home remodel.

Do I need to be present for delivery or pickup?

You do not need to be present for pickup or delivery. Feel free to leave delivery instructions with our customer service team.
